Q1: WHAT DOES MY TICKET PRICE INCLUDE?
Your ticket includes access to the entire 3-day event, including all beverages (coffee, tea, soda, juice, filtered water, evening cocktails/beer/wine), and the Sunday VIP Experience. All transportation is not included.
Q2: IS FOOD PROVIDED?
- Snacks will be offered during the day Saturday and Sunday. Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided Friday and Saturday evening. Breakfast food will not be provided Saturday or Sunday. Sunday evening dinner is not included, but there will be time after the Sunday event for you to eat before the offsite VIP experience.

Q3: WHERE CAN I STAY?
We will be getting a group rate at a hotel in Nashville and as soon as we sign the contract we will post that in here and notify you so you can book your room. We also recommend looking at Airbnb and maybe sharing and Airbnb together and sometimes that can be less expensive and more fun. There are quite a few around Franklin to stay at.
Q4: WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND IN NASHVILLE?
Of course, Uber is your best bet. However, in the Accelerators Live Facebook Group (which you can access after registering), you can network with one another to see if you can rideshare together as some of you might be renting cars or driving.
Q5: WILL THERE BE VIDEO REPLAYS?
No. It’s called Accelerators LIVE for a reason. Be there live.
Q6: CAN I ADD A PLUS 1?
Yes! Upon checkout, you can add a plus 1 for an additional fee, which will cover the Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday night VIP Experience events. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate plus 1s in the workshops.
Q7: WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Nashville only has one airport, code BNA. For those of you flying private, your captain can figure it out for you.

- A great attitude, a way to take notes, and come prepared with questions.
- Laptops are recommended
- Cameras are recommended (phone camera is fine)
Q11: What’s the attire?
- Dress shorts, jeans, or slacks
- Sneakers, loafers, or dress shoes (no flip-flops)
- T-shirts, collared shirts, or dress shirts (no tank tops, but short sleeves are fine)
Ladies:
- Business casual
- Sneakers, heels, or sandals (no flip-flops, and heels are not recommended during the day because of walking on grass)
